M.P. Public School follows a fair and transparent admission process in accordance with the rules and norms set by the Directorate of Education. Admission is marked by a complete absence of class distinctions, discrimination of any kind or any other trivial privileges like donations. The children of all states are admitted into the Pre-School. Admission to other classes is decided by conducting relevant tests. The Principal reserves the right to assign any pupil the class for which he thinks the child is best suited.
- • Registration form attached to the school prospectus must be filled in completely. The prospectus is available at the school office.
- • A non-refundable registration fee must accompany the registration form.
- • Parents are requested to go through the rules carefully before submitting the form.
- • There will be no admission test for Nursery students. A written test in English, Hindi and Mathematics shall be administered from class LKG onwards.
- • The parents must accompany the child during the test and interview.
- • Filling in application form and appearing in tests is a pre-requisite for admission, and not a guarantee of admission.
- • Once the child is found to be suitable for admission to the class sought, the parents would be advised to come for child’s admission with the following documents:
- * Original Birth Certificate in lieu of Transfer Certificate from the previous affiliated school or countersigned by the DEO or any other authorized officer
- * Mark sheet of last promotional examination
- * Two latest passport size photograph of the child.
- * Medical certificate and the Health card duly filled in and signed by a competent medical practitioner.
- * Receipt of the first installment of fees.
- • School reserves the right of refusing admission or re-admission to any student without assigning any reason.
N.B.:-Until the documents of the child are completed in all respect, his/her name shall not be enrolled.
