General Rules

1. In order to secure all that is best in the education of our children, parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline, by seeing that they prepare their lessons daily and take an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.

2. We earnestly recommend that parents should look into their ward’s school calendar everyday and see to it that the lessons and the homework assigned for the next day are done. They should also keep an eye on the Leave and Absence Record, note from the Principal, Teachers etc.

3. If a pupil is to be absent due to illness for more than three days, the Principal must be informed.

4. No tuition may be taken from the teacher, who teaches the pupil’s own class.

5. Parents, guardians or any other person are not allowed to see the students or interview their teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal.

6. Criticism of your ward’s teachers or school in their presence should be studiously avoided.

7. Withdrawal of your ward from class for mere social functions is not recommended because it retards their progress in academics.

8. Parents are requested to notify the school for any change in their address or phone number.

9. Parents should respond readily to the invitation send to them to attend the PTM and the other events of the school. It is only with the co-operation of the parents, the school can promote the all round development of the students.

10. Parents are requested to acquaint themselves with the rules and regulations of the school and see that their wards abide by them.

11. School fee is to be paid regularly. No student will be permitted to appear for the terminal examinations unless all dues are cleared up to date.

12. Parents are welcome to meet the principal between 9 am and 12 noon on every working Saturdays.

Change of Rules and regulations

The rules and regulations are liable to change without any notice during the course of the session. Any such changes in rules and regulations will be binding on all students
